HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

This took me a while, luckily im good with fire w/ photoshop, so it turned out better than i expected.

I reskined a warthog and made white rolling flame come from tires(reskined white to a fire like look)...heres a vid http://media.putfile.com/Warthog-skin

now my question. My ghost, and my warthog, but not as bad, appear black at distances, and when i get closer to them, they appear as they should(reskined). Does anyone know what could be causing this?

When you open up the original file in photoshop, a little window should come up asking if you want to display the MipMaps. Select no. Mipmaps display the skin on the vehicle from different distances away. Selecting No will just display the skin from all distances.
