You can't make custom maps for Halo 2. And from the sounds of it, you're asking for help to cheat

Well, you need Halo CE to play the custom games, and HEK (Halo Editing Kit/3ds max 6 - 7 to make maps. Go to www.halowiki.com for tutorials on how to map. And if its for Halo 2, simple go to files.halomods.com and go to the Halo 2 section. You cannot make full maps, but i believe you can mod current maps. All info on it should be there.

I could use a subscription. Well, you need Halo Custom Edition. And something like 3ds max to create maps, and also, halo map tools to insert warthogs, ghosts, banshees, etc.
