Master chief rigging in max

ok i have the MC mostly textured in max,(just cant get the colourchange thing working(someone might help me on that))
but when rigging witha biped i make it so the actual biped is the same size as the mesh of the MC
and i always end uop getting arms that are too short, i can get legs mostly working fine, but i still need a biut of a tut on how to get a biped working properly to the MC or ELITE. so i can do my anims, just a little bit of help nedded. or alot

well...first off, what do u mean the arms are too short(biped or actual model?), & secondly...the biped shouldn't show up that much at all when u render(so it needs to be smaller than the actual model-most of the time...).

never mind, i found out how to actually move the bones of the bipeds. thanks neways
