Well I'm not surprised that the old thread died. I think i posted too early on this. But now is the right time. After teaming up with GUY, this map has really inproved. Its gone from a simple plane to an actual canyon. Guy has spent the last couple of days working on the cliffs.

As you can see from the thread title, the name has changed. After talking to a few friends, they incouraged me to change it, so me and GUY(well he did) came up with Black Creek Fall. As seen in the last thread, the map was a quite large canyon with a river flowing through it. And because of the several waterfalls in the map, we thought it fit.

heres an up to date picture looking up towards blue base.

There have been some very large changes in the bsp. One is that the highway is no longer level, it decends into the canyon. This way I think it looks more natural. Some others are the direction the highway and river travels.

heres another up to date picture.

In this picture, you are looking down the canyon from in front of the bridge leading to blue base.

heres an overview picture.

Although it is hard to see, this gives you a general layout of the level. It's not a perfect "U" shaped canyon like Danger Canyon or Sidewinder, but it does have its curves.

I really have nothing more to say, and GUY would like to speak to you now, lol.

edit: haha i forgot to mention, dont mind the skies in my pics. I was just screwin around.

wooooooooo~! Looks REALLY nice! Keep it up!

i'm not sure if a highway leading directly to the bases is believable though...

Maybe if it just passed them or had some off roads or something... GL anyways!
