can someone send me a link to the download to the program halomaptools the one i have says

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). click on OK to terminate the application."

PLEASE SOME HELP IM TRYING TO BECOME A SKINNER

You should have posted this into the HMT section, but you seem like a beginner so i will wait for you to see this post before I move it (because you may not know where that section is at first and think that this was deleted)

To run HMT, most computers require a thing called .NET Framework.
