3ds toolbar

ok i was modeling in 3ds max 7, and i went to click the undo button a few times, but the toolbar that has undo, redo, select, move, rotate, scale, mirro, align, etc is now gone.
does any1 know how to get it back
btw, its not on expert mode

customize>ui scheme and the load the default whatever file
