I dont understand how do you open tool.exe where do I dl cmd.exe

Answers please... how do I get to the thing where I type in the code to give collsion and stuff and if I need to dl somthing link please

do a search on your computer for cmd.exe on your comp, copy the file from where you find it and paste it into your HCE root folder. Then it will be all set up to use. Simply type tool.exe and which ever command you need to use.

for some reason I can't watch any vids whatsoever. I can hear them but thats bout it and it doesent help just to hear them and the text tuts make no sense

download some codecs to see the vids, try techsmith codecs and get windows media player 10.

and I'm not dling some codec thingy it would be helpful if you could talk to me on aim and walk me through it. My screen name is Lt Falcon 214

I'm having the same problem, except IE is being an *** and won't even start up. Everytime I try to start IE up, explorer.exe crashes. Can someone tell me what directory cmd.exe would normally be located in?
