HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Would I be able to make a level in Wings 3d? If so, then can someone please tell me how to give a texture to a surface?

I dont exactly know how to texture... but you can you a vertex color and make a material, just use the face option and its pretty easy to find, go to www.wings3d.com
