First: Learn to speak English. It helps.
Next: Download the Photoshop trial from
www.adobe.com
Then: Download the .DDS plugin for Photoshop, found at nvida.com
Finally: Edit the textures in photoshop.

ya, in HMT go to bitmaps, select the one you want, then save it and open it in photoshop. save it as dxt 1 when you are done editing, then inject the new one in place of the old one
