GMAX Editor

I have Hex Workshop 4.1, Halo Map Tools v3, and Milkshape 3D 1.0.7 and yet I still have no idea where to find this "GMAX" editor. I hope this doesn't sound like total n00bness but where can I download it...

I have some great ideas in my wickedly creative mind and I need a place to put them so any help would be greatly appreciated.
