cyborg skin not working

ok so i made a cool skin for the cyborg but when in the game the colors are still the color of the origanal cyborg how do i make my new skin show up....example.....when you guys make camo skins it shows up the same colors
or how do u make the opacity of the skin higher
or how do u make the opacity of the skin higher
