My Skins Don't Work

i use Ch2r, and i exract the file go into photoshop edit it, then inject it back in. sign it, clear out x, y, z drives, then ftp it. the skin doesn't show up somebody help please. Ive tried this a million times, the only skins that iwll show up for me are the ones in my mainmenu.map, how do i get more than just the smg and battle rifle into mainmenu.map please help.

did you inject it into shared.map or the map itself?

into shared.map and coagulation.map, then signed mainmenu.map coag.map and shared.map, and ftped all 3
