sky modelin help.

How do I creat a sky in the data folder? I have seen the other sky data flders and they just have the bitmaps but the finished (tags) have a gbxmodel. Help. Thanks. Im using this sky texture i saw...for get from who..i think like katarn or somthing like that......and im using it for a beach party level.....w00tness
