but im trying to make a gun but the chimp exporter wont allow me to make a custom gun. So dose anyone know where i can still find 3ds max 5? because thats what the plugin is for, and i used the trials for the other 2 new ones. well iff the moderators think this is a bad or wrong post feel free to get rid of it

Get 3ds max 7.
Download the max 6 blitzkreig plugin
Apply.

alright,
i already used my 3ds max 7 thats how i learne dhow to use it, so now i want to get 3dsmax 5 trial and try that out cause thats what all the tutorials use

well 3ds max 7 has all the tools they use....AND MORE!......i can ake anything with 7...its accually better......but i cant own it.......DA*

The Tutorials shouldn't matter that much between 3dsmax 7 vs 3dsmax 5. Why go backwards. It will be more difficult to find a 3dsmax 5 trial than the 7 one.
