That was my 1st model ever, nice motorcycle tire for a halo custom edition bike huh? or better yet... Vertigo Flyer landing Gear...

Speaking of the Vertigo Flyer, my second model ever...

The tire looks good, and the bloated kidney thing looks interesting. :) You're off to a good start.

the tire is a cylinder with chamfered edges (no skin, uv mapped picture), and the bloated kidney is a mass of smoothing errors, to pull it off correctly, you would have to have at least 5000 polygons. Try using tutorials, they make it much easier to start off.
