Textures Not Working!

Ok, I whipped up a basic level by making a model and swapping it's BSP into an existing scenario. I applied a material with a bitmap texture, and I created a shader tag for it. Then I ran it through tool, swapped the BSP in Guerilla, and compiled it. When it got in-game the ground didn't look like grass at all, just white. I ran a radiosity with quality sete to 0. What do I do to get the textures to work?

In Max, did your material name for the ground shader have the same name for the shader saved in Guerilla? Did you compile your .tif file (the texture for it) into a .bitmap file, and set it to the base map in your shader?

same thing happened to me with my gun. i did the bitmaps and shaders with the base map as the bitmap i made

i have this same problem. Sapien will not show my textures either. I see this problem all over, but it is yet to be solved as far as I know...
