i was wondering if some one could make the reg warthog look like the banshee in grand theft auto 3 game

Requirements:

i do none of the modeling
fairly easy to install


maybe ppf?

It's possible to do, My suggestion is learning how to skin. The modelling would be more difficult, but there is no time like the present to learn how.
