HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

1) Where can I find the reticles for other weapons / covenant weapons? I opened the regular reticles texture and only found the AR, Pistol, Warthog, and No Ammo ones.

2) Is it possible to animate a reticle? Any hints / suggestions? Would I have to edit the texture, or is that done through shader's?
