I like them, but then again, the last one is a tad bit bright...why not keep the same thig but just decrease light intensity a tad?

**EDIT** Why not putting some bumpmapping effects on the floor of the one he is crawling on. Seeming how it is so close up, it seems flat. Since i KNOW you can do bumpmapping, it shouldn't be too hard.

Like Pie said, add a bumpmap to the floor on the first one. Other than that very good.

in the fourth, it looks liek the MC is "poofing his/her hair" lol

the green glow looks a tad odd, but i know it is supposed to be there. I bet if you got some backgrounds going, it could look really nice.

The green glow is from the fuel rod projectiles.

Infact, that boned mc is kinda messed, so sometime I gotta goto verticies.
