hey im working on a new veichle for halo but what programs do i need?

well
u need a modelling program such as 3ds Max
ull need the HEK tools
u mite need HMT/sparkedit

i ave 3ds max HMT and sparkedit but not HEK its 200MB

Without hek you cant import the model into the game.

http://www.haloimpulse.com and you can find it there somewhere, but making the markers for a vehicle is incredibly annoying. (cause' you gotta make seperate markers for the collision model.)

ok i just got HEK but WTF is a scenario tag i open sapien asks for a scenario tag WTF???

I am still trying to get all of the programs to do modding. I have gmax and HEK, where do I get HMT and what is it? Any help would be hot, thanks.
