how do you make maps????

sry if this has been posted before and i did search nothing came up....
HEK is too complicated to make em so any other program you can make maps with?

HEK - Halo Editing Kit
HCE - Halo Custom Edition
HPC - Halo Combat Evolved for PC
HCE and HPC is really same thing except that HCE is better because you can play the custom maps you download from internet.
HEK2 - There are nothing like that.... Yet
Now we lay this topic aside.
