What are the rules for making buildings?

I found that tutorial, would that be ok for halo?
Do I have to attatch everything? Can I just boleen them?

you have to weld the bottom vertices to a map. The easiest way of doing that is booleaning the house out of the map, extracting it back in, attaching it to the map and welding it down.

I was going to put the building in sapian, as a scenery file, isnt that possible?
