what is this about not releasing leaked maps

why the hell would you not want it?
i sure as hell would walk right in to bungie or some place and get one if i could
why wouldnt you want to see somehting in development before it comes out

the zanzibar CE map was not made by bungie
in fact there are no maps being mede by bungie for halo CE
it is a major rule on our forum that you do not give out leaked maps
if you are found leaking maps you will be permanitely banned by your IP address by one of our admins
DO NOT LEAK MAPS OR PROGRAMS
OR ANYTHING THAT HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC
simple as that

Yup. If it hasn't been released publically by the map creators, or if you do not have their permission (project lead, not a team member.), then don't post it.

leaked maps are posted by those who are working on them
and why wouldnt someone want a map released
hell you can have all my maps i'm developing i dont give a fuck and neither does anyone working on anyother hugly anticipated maps

dude....you have some issues to be sorted out. When Zanzibar was leaked, the ENTIRE team was pissed off about it. And so was most of the public. Same with the new mombassa leak a while back, i believe.
Seriously, leaks are not posted by the maker. If anything a member gave it to a friend to play on and then the friend leaked it or passed it on because they break the rules and think some people are trustworthy. Obviously your not going to be trusted with maps.

and what has been going on lately is that people ask to direct connect with u over aim. once they do, they can take the files right out of ur computer without u even knowing.
