How do I skin the flame of the Flame Thrower?

How do I skin the flame of the Flame Thrower? I extracted the flame cloud file and skined it, i compiled the bitmap, but it dosnt show up, i put the tags in sapian and every thing. I think i missed some thing in guarila. How do i make it show up?
