OBJ exporter for Gmax?

does anyone have a .OBJ exporter for gmax? i am looking for one for... something...
ar any other way i could convert something from gmax to be able to open it in 3ds max...
hmm... seems like every time i post here everyone leaves... is this a conspiarcy?
