Read Please - Skin

Hey everybody, im new! lol, um ill cut to the chase

Could someone make me a skin for Halo CE or PC plz, i want the following
- Blackish colour
- 2-4 Red lines going in a few different dirrections
- the letters TCT written somewhere
- and if you dont feel like doing that make a 'cool' design.

and sory if its the wrong forum, **im new**

It might be easier to learn to skin youself. Not trying to be mean or sarcastic, but that way you can get exactly what you want. Plus, skinning is a lot of fun.

I want it to be MC , its for my clan (exclusive skin) so yeah.
As for doing it myself, a few reasons why not

1. i dont have decent editing software
2. im poor to buy one
3. i dont know how

Uhh yea you can make design (make it somwhat dark and evil) and make sure it has TCT on front thnx alot
