Can someone help me about animation?

hey i was trying to animate a gun, now i need to know what to make for it. I mean, where do i get the 1st person view, the hands arms and stuff, or do i need to make them, or does anybody has a good tutorial bout it?
plz tell me i need to know!

On the gbx forums, check out the halo ce editing forum, taco released some third person arms, but its only max 7, so max 6 cannot open it.

thats cuz max 7 has a built-in character studio and 6 doesnt

btw sonictag i found ya ragdoll script but i dont really understand it -_- lol when i press play it falls down!!
