How do I skin with HHT Version5 and HMT :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

Extract the bitmap in HMT, import into Photoshop (make sure you have plugin), edit, export as whatever DXT type HMT said it was, import into HMT.
