Is there a way to Spread Clouds in BG?

I want to make it so the clouds spread all over. how do i do this?

the clouds in bloodgulch. I want to spread them all over the level

I think the clouds are part of the background image, if they are...nope, not possible!

Heh, I personally think it would be cool modding it enough to be able to fly a cloud, if the clouds are 3d models, which they probably aren't.
Still, heh, MC sitting in a cloud flying, that would own!

I changed the cloud bitmap...
Try changing the sky bitmap to the cloud bitmap (!!! Use your imagination!)

Probably not as cool as changing SC's sky texture to grenade explosions!
