Looking for a map of any kind, but it has do be a desert kind of map....

But that just me I don't browse the file forums alot, and I don't really know if gearbox or bungie sites have them...

There is such a map, but it doesnt have any buildings. I suggest getting BattleField 1942's Desert Combat Truely a work of art.

Yes Yoda, i am making a movie for school...we are making fun of the on going war...just need a front lines map, i dont care if there are buildings...just really need sand\dirt and sky I needs

Incredibly fun. Urban Seige is probably the best map I've played for any game. So cool.

But the guns were really odd shaped. And the Opposition's guns are just stupid.

why not take something like bloodgulch..

and edit some stuff on it?

i was working on sf-csar from Americas Army, i was done 50% but i lost my files when i reinstalld windows my dumbass forgot to save them

Im kind of a novice at modding Halo, so I would have no idea how to do it my self. If someone could get my a link to a easy modding program, i could always try...

I have seen a bg mod that had nothing but new guns and vehicles and everything was like deserty!!! it was like desert gulch or desert combat methinks. it was in teh pc mods section do some digging u may find it.

EDIT: sorry i have chekd all the file forums and i didnt find it. twas deleted in teh great file cleanup a long long time ago... in a galaxy far away...*trumpets playing* dumnm dadada daaaaaaaaaa....... how did i get on that? ANYWAYS yea its been deleetd a while ago.

Urban Seige is for Desert Combat, a mod for BF1942. The loading times are horrendous, but its worth it. There's a few other maps in there that are extremely fun too. Even with just 2 people.

If you want a map you should make it, more people should be making maps and taking advantage of the glorious Halo CE!!

There seriously was a desert map i remember it very well, but i cant seem to find it...I am going to search halo world...

edit: ah ha, its caled Desert Valley, I think...can't see images or d/l cuz I'm not a member and stuff but go to haloworld search for desert valley.

i doubt you will find anything at haloworld. Also, desert combat loading times arent that bad, same as normal bf1942. But that is a cool map, they are all cool. Also making a desert terrain would not be hard at all... make a big big plane with like 20 x 20 segments, the do a displacement modier, apply a sand texture, stick it in game and voila, thats it.
