Exporting Static Meshes

does anybody know how to export static meshes from Unreal Tournament 2003/2004 into a format I can use with the HEK?

save it as a .max then open it and do File>Export>.JMS

isnt that illegal extracting a model from an other game directly to use on another computer.

no thats if you made a mod that uses things from that game but it has to be made by you if you take it out directly youd get sued and trust me tehy wathc for this crap

Meh. Just take it out, move some verticies. Maybe simplify it a little or make it more detailed and say it's based on the ut2k4 AR. I didn't see anyone complain when that guy did the Red Faction rail gun.
