is it possible to make a warthog with the skin from the canyon walls in BG or the ground? please help

ya, all you need to do is replace the warthog bitmap with whatever bitmap you want. all textures in the game are in the bit map section of the offset lists. the names of the offsets explain what textures they are, such as vehicles, or grass and such.
