Halo Model Exporter

Ok i was reading this tutorial and it involved James halo script (btw nice script james 
) well i got the importing down without a problem but when it came to exporting, it said choose the file type as Halo Model Exporter. I don't seem to have that option, is this supposed to come with James script? It was a wiki tutorial here:

P.S. im guessing maybe it was refering to the .jms filetype but im not sure
