On the other side, I recieived this mail from a guy called Curtis McHenry this morning:

Hey I heared you need some help with the skinning and I can help with it I
have made halo look like halo 2 graphics textures bitmaps models ect

Anyone know this guy? Sounds a bit wired to me... I never said I needed help for skinning... Lightining is taking care of this...

1) Ur sucking up insanley with unneccessary double, triple, and quadruple posts.

2) U laugh at everything a beta tester says.

3) UR NOT GOING TO GET TO BETA TEST.

5) That probly was you who desperatley tried to get the map but stupidly failed because you are not even smart enough to make it sound authentic.

I have not been posting at this topic very often, but I have been reading it since the begining of its existence and following the map's progress.

Now I don't have any power or say at this site, if you don't stop it with these uneccessary posts like "lol" (WOW that said alot theat contributes to the topic) i will ask that you be striken with the banhammer. Then I will watch you bleed. Ok cancel that last part.

Excuse my language throughout the post, i feel it was neccessary to get the point across to this kid.

I both thank you for that and regret it at the same time. Thanks for putting this warning out in the air so this post willl become less spaminated *uhhh my word...*. However i regret this happening because it will sooner or later get spammed and then the post is screwed. Do you think insted of locking the thread you could place a 24 hour ban on anyone who does? Then if they progress you could just keep adding time to the ban. That would make people stop spamming and wouldn't make other people suffer for the stupitidy of others.

Just a thought.

Honestly I have no idea how anyone ended up beta testing, apart from chosing from forums, but meh. There will be fewer versions released to the testers untill we get a lot further by the way.

Question!..Do you guys make custom ground textures...like when you make the bsp, you use a custom uvw map? Cuz I'm kinda new to the whole making maps scene..Texturing seems to be the hardest thing to me. And remebering which da-mn format to save the things in ! lol

Speaking of betatest.

Well the only guys I chose cause I liked them and cause they were great supporters were: Rams fan and Crimson. The others I chose, made something or are going to make somthing for the map, these are Beef, Vinx, Dominator. There are 4 more important guys on the list: SSDC, Lightining, Rec0 and me

So there is actually 9 guys.

The 4 other guys I sent the map to, were part of an "exploring phase" of the old version of the map and will not necessary make it for the new upcoming version. Sorry guys but I have to keep the thing tested by a little number of players for now... but you all be welcomed again when the map will be 99% finished.. this might not be too long

I also have to keep some places for some guys that are going to help or gave some tags like Killa for example...

O, and please don't spam on this topic, I don't want it to be locked as it happened on gearbox forum. Thanks for the advice [CL]9mm-Man, at least you're not

like this Reppyboyo guy.

I think, if yoyo kicked them off they would leak the map as revenge, lol but can happen.
