For CTF it will be very awesome, there is this map on quake 3 that had was in 3 sections and there was always some sweet war going on in the middle so this should be awesome.

Also if you made an instagib version of this map and a normal version of it, that would rock, me loves the instagib laser sniping type thing ;).

the map looks soo cool man, you have done an awesome job, just a surgestion, but maybe a grav lift to go up and on to go down, because you could get stuck meeting someone coming up when your going down, and vise versa, that is, if you do extend from the core, does the core represent the core of the ship in the beggining of halo 2 that MC brings the bomb back to? looks very cool man, excellent work!

yes, it represents the capital ship's core, on a smaller, playable scale. and don't worry about the gravity lifts, going up and down, meeting and getting stuck. they only go one way. to go down, there will be teleporters that look like grav. lifts.

new images of the layout, and some architecture for it.
also, Oddball has posted some pix of his uv'ing on the core in the files forum.

well i got some new stuff to show u guys. a flagroom i made rather quickly. very high, grand architecture. not much floor space, however. lol. but i think it looks rather nice. it's a W.I.P. what do you guys think?

Looks awesome snaf, maybe you could put down like those flag things which come down from the wall, i dont know what they are called, but I think they would be a nice addition to the "grand" look.

Also could you point out the scale of it?

Cool I like the sense of space the pillers add

Snaf, is it possible to have the type of grav walks that shoot you from one side of high charity to the other in the game, like one going across the middle of the core (or near that area) from one side to the other, that would be cool

i don't have the stuff all connected yet. i need to do a little more modeling.

as for the gravity walks, i was wondering the same thing. i'll let you guys know what i find out, because i want that in game.

looking great man. good job. and for teh grav lift. you can ask knave at gearbox what he used for the ghost. and put that at the bottom of the lift.

Be sure to modify it... I've played a map where you are an Elite, and the jumping, grenade throwing, and movement is all messed up.

it still has all of the elite actions its like using bump possesion in sp ( you get close so someone a he stands up and points it out) and you could not run sideways and forward at the same time
