Just redo the ribbing and add a carrying handle to the top and it's awesome!

That would be lovely. Im not trying to be dead accurate, all I care is that it gets the point across that its an M4

Ok well this should hold you over. I think I missed a few things I can't remember. Also, you SHOULD be striving for absolute accuracy. It'll not only look good, but improve your modelling skills. And also, here's a perfect site for referance pictures. And this took me about 30 minutes so you better frickin use it.

4400 is still high, and I think the ribs on the barrel need to be more defined.
Nice job though.

I agree with fish face on the ribs.
Sig over height, width, and file size limits.

4400 is perfect.
very nice, still a few minor issues, but overall not bad.

I still wanted it to be lower, but I'm satisfied with it. Mine is nothing compared to yours though.

There are some details it could really do without but 4,400 isn't too bad, may as well leave them. Looks nice.
Question, though... don't the side guards for the front sight post curve outwards like the M1, or is that only the M16 and not the M4?

I thought that 3500 was about right for a gun, or is that for a hand gun?
