I'm only using the poatile.tif texture because it's all I have right now. I plan on making custom textures that give it more of a clean feel (expect a light grey / offwhite texture or something like a Star Destroyer clay color)

Wow, didn't know this was so far down...
Ingame pics anyone?


I have a video-tour of it in-game, but you'll have to wait to see it.
Other ingame facts:
She bounces like a freaking bouncy-ball on freaking steroids! Halo died from exceptions twice during my test run.
Also: My bounding radius is set too high, it wouldn't let me spawn. I scrapped the ship from the map and recompiled. The second run involved spawning all vehicles and trying to get in the dang thing.
TODO:
Fix up physics
Add two remaining hallways to model
Finish collision model
dang that thing bounces...

Haven't posted here recently. Here is some news about the map:
1. I will not be telling you the name until it's done [muhahaha, beta will have fake name]
2. Custom weapons planned:
XM8 (if I can, I'll just get it from the people making ambush)
Mortar Cannon (really big weapon, shoots a large explosive mortar shell, rocket launcher only it lobs)
More info: The mortar cannon will have a precise hud that first:
Calculates the target distance (Just like the sniper)
Then you move aim it so your target is at the right point (it will have a meter that says like 20, 40, 60, etc to like 200 hundred)
Then you fire.
I will have to calculate the perfect degree for each shot distance, but it shouldn't be too hard, just take like 4 or five distances, plot them on a graph and see where the other ones should fall in a parabola.
Also, expect more custom vehicles besides just the draco, smaller ones that is. (I can't have only 2 modes of transportation between the two rocks)

Just started working on the landing skid on the front:

It keeps the bottom of the ship level.
Just working on the open / close animations. Not that anything big happens, it's two frames: opened and closed
