Graphics Converter PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Graphics Converter PROBLEM!!!!!!!

I have a BIG problem with the skin I did, I was testing the converter I got, it's Convim.
I made this, and SparkEdit shows this

but when I go into Halo, it gives me a black Warthog :shock:
WHY??????
Can someone tell me what I did wrong, or another Graphics converter that accually works...
I also tried GraphicsConverter3 v1.02, but it always gives me an error.
So please point me in the right direction!!!!
