If the blade of the weapon was silver (or at least a more subtle red) it'd look fantastic.

Yes, I was under the impression that the blade had more of a red sheen, not a solid red.

I think the orb(-like thing) on the handle should glow a more intense red, but it's pretty cool.

Like I said before, awesome stuff. And maybe make the blade less, well Red, its a bit intensifying right now.

i might try deepening the red a bit, but the book describes it as being a wine red.

Thats Bad!@#, I like the Detail, But its more of a Wine in the light shine instead of a regular, Regular wine red is Darker, the movie shows that.
