Logo size help

Post by Mikey_Man »

The dds file is a miniature version of the in-game size.the mini version is ALOT smaller and i was wondering how i could paste something so small onto the warhog, cause when i make it(the logo or w/e)smaller the qaulity decreases and it loses pixels...if i make it smaller and paste it,and it looks ugly, will it look ugly in the game when its larger,or is there a way to keep the quality of the image and at the same time fit it on the warhog?

I think I know what you're talking about...

in photoshop...

you open the warthog dds file and the one for the logo you're talking about.

you use the rectangular marquee tool on the logo. press control+C

go to the warthog dds, insert a new layer, blah blah blah, press control V.

Scale the logo to whatever size you want, flatten the image, save it as a dxt1 (1 bit alpha) and import it into the map, and THERE YOU HAVE IT! A LOGO'D WARTHOG!

Yes, shrink your own signature. Those images are huge.
