Ok I've done something wrong but I dont know what. Can some one help me out? Heres the screenshot of what it says.

Also I get this when I go to command prompt and type tool bitmaps levels\arena\bitmaps

Is it the way I saved my tif file? Cause I use photoshop and that video tutorial kinda got me confused since it was using paintshop pro.

the second one isnt an error, it means it saved it successfully.
The first one is occuring because you have 2 polies that are the same.
Mb you should actually read what the error says.
Import the wrl into 3ds max (or gmax..) when you have the map loaded.
Make sure you DO NOT select "convert coordinates"

Go to File, Import, select "WRL" type, and go to your Halo CE Directory. "YourJMSName".wrl should be a file there. Select it, click OK, and when the window with 3 checkboxes comes up, uncheck them all and click OK. Then, what it imports will show where the error is. Just move it so you see where it is located if you can't find it. Overlapping should be in orange. Edit that geometry to fix it.

Tool error
I had the same error as he has.... but when it loads it closes automatically
