HELP!

hey guys i am new at this mapping thing but i love video games and hope to create them. and i was wondering if anyone knows of any good free 3D moddeling software that i could download. if you know of any please leave a post here and put the name of the site at which i could download it.

Gmax is a free watered down version of 3DS Max.
