Skins for the MC?

Anybody have any cameo-like skins for the MC? On Jedi Knight, my friend made it so he could play as Cloud from FF7. I wanna know if I could do something like that on Halo.

If it is possible in jedi knight it is possible in halo cause i know how to mod jedi knight.But i don't know what kind of skinnn you want
