how to make water?

i still dont understand how to make a surface render as water during the game. how do you make a fog plane for it and what does it do?

check my tut in the tut secion....if you make a plane and name it water!$ it will be a fog water and you cant walk on it. You can add a colored fog wither in gorilla or in sapien (i dont know which...) il edit when i get the link to the tut
