Definatly, very nice model!..Okay how'd you get 1,000 polygons? I tried to model a gun, and its 3,000 and thats only half the model.
Your image cannot exceed 400x200 or 50kb

Lol, actually I was suprised that the poly count was that low. While modeling though I kept in mind trying to keep it low but I didn't think it would be that low. =p

it should be lower than that..... and that "thing" are the rear sights.

Looks pretty good but on that sight thing you may want to rent some war videos because alot of times ist and other "bad guys" usually have these (sterotypical) But you should be able to get some good views if you zoom in a lil but with like a dvd

If you can get the poly count down that low you guys are really good.
This guns has a good look and a good poly count. Now all you need is an awesome skin.
