Halo bitmap modding help

OK everything works fine in the command prompt but one thing thats the bitmaps i type tool bitmaps weapons\test\bitmaps and nothing happens i was just wondering why it wont work all the other commands work fine thanks

sorry had to, maybe theres no bitmaps in the folder?
