Skinning tutorial by Darkstorm995

Heres how i did it:
First of all you need these tools
halo map tools
photoshop
dds plugin for phtoshop(you can get it from nvidia's web site i dont have a link for it)
halo pc
First open up your halo map tools.Then open bloodgulch.
Go to bitmaps find the texture you want to edit and press save on the right side
Save it to the desktop.
open up your photoshop go to open,open up the texture.
Do your changes then go to save as copy.Save it as a dds file.
go to halo map tools click on inject find where you saved your textured dds file and press open
press update on the top right corner close you halo map tools and you have your texture,

i just told you how i do it i had no tutorials on it so I came up with it my self dont forget to save it as dxt 1 when the save screen comes out.

i been messing with skins latly but no luck getting it right what dark worte kinda helps i been winging it sence i got them lol

The tutorial on my site has pics and everything.. It's very user freindly if you have probs figuring out which options to check and not check.
