Software for video capture (pc)

I want to make my own videos on halo for the PC. I have Fraps, but it doesnt record sound. I want something that records sounds, and video. HELP!

p.s. If its free, or a GOOD trial, thats even better. I prefer free. Hah

if you buy the newer version of fraps, that has sound capture, or you could get the download
