wondering on game installs.....

when installin the mod......will that make it so you can not play on the normal games that others play or are they compatible?

yes i might sound like a newbie but as to adding mods to halo you can say i am a newb....and would like any help at all with this as to make it run smoothly and also not mess up the game itself...

certain mods will not skrew up a network/internet game but most will. Basically the only mods you can do are skinning mods.

well M A C if you would have read the post completley up top, I happen to call myself a newb or as you put it a NOOB. Apparently my type wasn't in the proper L33T form to meet your specifications. Or it could be the fact that someone is asking for help on how to install the mods along with the maps being made for a game that they do enjoy playing. So since you see fit to call me a NOOB, I have a question for you. What does M.A.C. stand for? The only thing I can derive out of it is Mongrel Alien Cunt. Have a nice day.

Now back to what I really need help with. Can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial for installing mods and maps? I am not a modder, just a player that does enjoy a good mod on a game.

heres my advice then.. if u want to make it run smoothely and not screw up then DONT MOD IT... and y exactly is this in the news section?

cause i honestly wasnt sure where to put the question at..... im not wanting to mod it... i want to be able to use the mods people are making for the game.....if it needs to be moved to a different area please as a moderator feel free to do that. just someone trying to get help with the game even if it happens to get me bashed for being a noob!
