Halomods AOTCR Server changes

I adjusted the tk settings this morning to be more like an average server. I think a few days of people finding the wrong way to fly a pelican and killing their teammates is enough. We also had too many people tking for "fun".
I think Mono did an incredible job with this map and it is IMO the most balanced major mod yet. It is actually a competition map as opposed to a "screw-around" map.
Due to popular demand and personal preference, I have also made 3 changes to the gametype to increase competition.
- Changed starting weapons to A/R and pistols
- Adjusted the radar to remove enemies
- Your flag must be at "home" to score.
I do not want to make any changes to Mono's great work, so I won't take requests for any changes other than gametype options, but if anyone would like to suggest some option changes, please list them here.
If any suggestions that would increase competition come in, I will try to make changes when nobody is there.
I apologize for the server being offline for a few hours last night as I had another emergency use for it.
